The cooperation between the Youth Technology School and PALUX AG continues in 2018: on May 23, Michael Müller (Technical training instructor for trainees) and our technical trainees welcomed a total of three pupils from the Youth Technology School Taubertal.
At the beginning of April there was a lot of activity on the Idalp in Ischgl. Once again, the Sterne-Cup for Star Chefs and the Gastronomy Ski World Cup took place there. More than 50 chefs from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol competed in the giant slalom and the culinary competition.
Get out of the kitchen and hit the slopes! On 11 and 12 April 2018, the 10th edition of the Gastronomy Ski World Cup will take place in Ischgl. Shortly afterwards, the next event highlight is the prestigious 21st Sterne-Cup for Star Chefs.
PALUX wins the "BEST of Market 2018" Award in the category Design and Concept. The readers of the trade magazines first class, GVmanager, 24 Stunden Gastlichkeit and street FOOD business selected 22 manufacturers in various categories this year. PALUX AG was also among the winners with the "PALUX Topline Black Edition".
The INTERNORGA in Hamburg is the leading European trade fair for hotels, restaurants, community catering, bakeries and pastry shops. Approx. 1,300 exhibitors will be presenting their products and services from Friday, 09.03. to Tuesday, 13.03.2018.
