In 2019, we were again a cooperation partner in the regional inventor competition “Kreative Köpfe” (creative minds). This year, 37 pupils from nine schools developed innovative ideas and then realised the prototypes. The award ceremony took place on 08.05.2019 in Bad Mergentheim.
A new, larger nitrogen tank system has been in operation at PALUX since the beginning of May. The previous tank, which had a capacity of approx. 3,000 kg, was put into well-deserved retirement after more than 20 years of reliable service.
Also in 2019 we are represented again at the education fair in Lauda-Königshofen with an information booth. You will find us on Friday, 24th and Saturday, 25th May 2019 in the sports hall at stand B 12. Come by and be informed about our apprenticeship offers and study opportunities as well as careers in technical, commercial and service-oriented professions.
As already in the last years, PALUX was again represented in 2019 at the Sterne-Cup for Stars Chefs and the Gastronomy Ski World Cup at the Idalp in Ischgl. Our PALUX team was responsible for the race catering of the participants on the days of the event as usual – with the best support of the Trofana Royal Ischgl kitchen team. In addition, a great sporting success was achieved: our Export Sales Manager for Switzerland, Austria & Liechtenstein, Robby Kocon, took first place among snowboarders in the supplier category!
At this year's INTERNORGA, the leading trade fair for the out-of-home market, we presented a newly designed exhibition stand with a modern and inviting look. This caused great enthusiasm among our employees and partners as well as our visitors and customer.
In addition to numerous dates such as trade fairs, customer workshops and kitchen instructions, our PALUX application consultants naturally also take the time for the traditional staff cooking. This took place on 02.04.2019 in our training center “Praxis-Forum”.

In bright sunshine and blue sky we met in Bad Mergentheim to drive together to the destination – the trampoline hall "MegaJump" – in Schwäbisch Hall.
The new edition of the German Guide Michelin has been published at the end of February. A total of 309 restaurants were again awarded at least one star for their top cuisine. Among them are also numerous star chefs who trust in PALUX kitchen technology.
At the end of February PALUX AG was celebrating a birthday. CEO Dr. Hilmar Rudloff celebrated his 60th birthday. During a small celebration the chairman of the supervisory board Dipl.-Kfm. Erhard Ikas as well as member of the supervisory board Edmund Brenner brought presents and congratulations in the presence of the remaining PALUX management.
At the beginning of this week a PALUX koch(t) seminar took place at our seminar location "Deutsche See" in Berlin. Within a few hours the interested seminar visitors were shown how to prepare high-quality food for their guests with the help of PALUX kitchen technology without stress, hectic and great effort. All based on the principle of the time-shifted production.
