The gala evening of the Guide Michelin Star Award took place on 14. November 2017 in Potsdam-Babelsberg (Germany). It was a sparkling achievement for Germany's top chefs: a total of 300 restaurants have been decorated with one or more star in the new edition.
A great event location for customer seminars was set up by PALUX in the cash and carry market in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse (Germany) last year.
