At this year’s Christmas Party numerous employees have been honoured by Erhard Ikas (CEO of PALUX AG). In the presence of Edmund Brenner (Chairman of the board of PALUX AG) and mayor Udo Glatthaar numerous jubilees received honours for their longstanding employment at PALUX AG.

The new Guide Michelin for 2018 has been released on 14. November 2017. For the first time since being published, 300 german restaurants are rated with at least one star.
The gala evening of the Guide Michelin Star Award took place on 14. November 2017 in Potsdam-Babelsberg (Germany). It was a sparkling achievement for Germany's top chefs: a total of 300 restaurants have been decorated with one or more star in the new edition.
A great event location for customer seminars was set up by PALUX in the cash and carry market in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse (Germany) last year. In the so-called "Cuisine of Ideas at Weinstrassen C+C", the team led by Managing Director Robert Ziegler regularly offers seminars for customers and interested persons from the gastronomy and catering industry.
