PALUX at the INTERNORGA 2023 in Hamburg
For decades INTERNORGA has been regarded as the leading trade fair for the entire out-of-home market, as an innovator and source of trends, visionary concepts, new products, services and services.
In Hamburg, PALUX demonstrated how decades of experience in commercial kitchens and forward-looking gastronomy concepts complement each other. "INTERNORGA 2023 was a great success for us: Our current topics, such as the energy efficiency of kitchen appliances, met with great interest from both our customers and partners. A real visitor magnet at our booth was the robotic kitchen of our system partner GoodBytz, whose thermal components originate from our company," reports Torsten Hehner, member of the PALUX AG Management Board.
How PALUX supports modern food concepts could also be experienced live at the booth: The intelligent kitchen assistance robot from GoodBytz prepared fresh and fully automated both cold and hot dishes. The Hamburg-based food tech start-up relies on PALUX's established professional kitchen technology. "With this significant system partnership, we are counteracting the challenge of a shortage of skilled workers. High-quality food becomes reliably reproducible and the minds behind the concept have more time again for creativity in the kitchen," says Torsten Hehner. The robot will be used in systemic concepts such as the delivery area or employee catering.
Of course, the comprehensive product portfolio of the commercial kitchen manufacturer was also on display in Hamburg. Among other things, the seamless, modular and design-oriented PALUX X-Line and PALUX Maître stove systems attracted a lot of attention. Both stand for a high degree of flexibility and high-performance technology.
In future, the particularly energy-saving components in the range will bear the PALUX ENERGY EFFICIENCY suffix. If the kitchen technology works energy-efficiently, restaurateurs save electricity as well as gas and can noticeably reduce the total annual costs. The PALUX Salamander, popular for gratinating and gratinating au gratin, for example, uses up to 60 percent less electricity than comparable appliances thanks to integrated plate detection. The PALUX Touch 'n' Steam generation of combi steamers, the PALUX pressure steamer, and the Fry Star series of deep fryers with electronic control are also particularly economical.
