PALUX is a partner of the Jugendtechnikschule (Technical School for Youngsters) in Bad Mergentheim
The Jugendtechnikschule Taubertal (JTS) is an educational initiative for children, youngsters and young adults.
The goal of the JTS is to awaken the interest for natural- and engineering sciences as well as information technology at a young age. The JTS is supported by local firms and partners. PALUX participates actively as a partner and contributes to the promotion of creativity and inventiveness of young adults.
The JTS will visit PALUX on May 19th 2016. The target group at that day will be young adults between the age of 13 and 15. We will accompany the "young technicians" while they experience our manufacturing processes. Next to the basics of metal processing such as milling, drilling, polishing and filing, the customization of a stainless steel sheet with a punch- or laser machine will be explained to the youngsters. In order not to be too theoretically each participant will create his/her own personal work piece as a memory of an exciting day in an industry business.
