PALUX – More than just a kitchen!

PALUX at Intergastra 2014

The Intergastra is our trade fair to present new products and innovative kitchen technology. This trade fair with more than 90.000 visitors is the most important exhibition for restaurant and hotel businesses in Germany.

With more than 1.300 exhibitors a new record has been reached and all 100.000 m² of the exhibition area have been occupied for the very first time. The PALUX Touch 'n' Steam combi-steamers and the new thermal line ProfiLine have been the main attraction on the PALUX booth.

"A worthwile investment"
This year, the product focus was on the combi-steamer generation PALUX Touch 'n' Steam. The PALUX chefs presented the unique selling propositions of the intelligent allrounder during live shows to many visitors. Easy to operate, flexible to use, perfect working ergonomics at best cooking results in addition to advantages in ecology and economy. The PALUX Touch 'n' Steam is a worthwhile investment in every situation.

This year, PALUX again supported all activities of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association DEHOGA and the Chef's Association Gastronom. PALUX sponsored all kitchen technology for the big Intergastra action stage. Many interesting challenges, e.g. the Top Master Chef, the Top Young Chef and the Celebrity Cooking have been held on this stage. More than one thousand visitors of DEHOGA have been fed with the help of the PALUX kitchen used by Chef's Association Gastronom.
