Master class at our customer Chateau Kamnik in Macedonia
At the beginning of October, chefs from different nations met at Chateau Kamnik in Macedonia to present culinary delicacies from their continents.
Various seminars were offered in different masterclasses. There was plenty of interest, all seminars were already fully booked after a short time. The participants came from different countries: Peru, Chile, Morocco, China, Turkey and Germany. Our application consultant and Chef Ralf B. Meneghini participated for PALUX.
The event was organised by the cooperation of the Macedonian Chefs Club and the Chateau Kamnik, a client of PALUX AG. The finale of the event was the gala dinner on the closing evening, which represented the highest level of fine dining. As a culinary highlight, there were different variations of salmon: tartare, stewed, steamed and fried salmon were served as well as a homemade bread and herb-flavoured butter.
