Get together for a team building event at the PALUX Praxisforum

"Cooking is Fun!" – This was the motto for another cooking course at PALUX. The employees met at the Praxisforum to prepare a delicious 5 course menu.

Corporate chef Ralf B. Meneghini guided the teams of two in the preparation of the menu. All teams had to cut, peal, cook, taste and season the ingredients before enjoying the prepared courses at the end of the day. It is always good to see that employees from different departments come together to cook and deepen their experience and skills with the PALUX kitchen technique and equipment.

Appliances like the PALUX Vario Pan, induction technique, the innovative Touch 'n' Steam as well as the new Sous-vide cooker SousChef were all used to prepare the menu.

The subsequent get together was used to exchange the new cooking experiences. Certainly, every employee gained useful tips and tricks for their own kitchen at home.
