Project Management and Supervision
The total project support and control is coordinated and monitored by the Contract Manager. He manages, coordinates and supervises the kitchen project on-site in close cooperation with the architect, consulting engineers and specialized craftsmen from the beginning of the project on.
Many factors have to be taken into account when preparing work and installation plans: Official obligations and regulations, structural conditions, possibilities of supply and disposal connections, technical cooling requirements, hygienic conditions, light, ventilation and heating conditions etc. You will have one contact person, the amount of interfaces is reduced and therefore cost and time are saved.
By assigning an experienced Contract Manager approx. 5 % of on-site cost can be saved.
