Networked in the kitchen and at the autumn fairs

National and international: PALUX AG with integrated kitchen solutions

At the HOGA, Host and "Alles für den Gast" trade fairs, PALUX can finally network with its customers, dealers, planners and partners again after a long break from trade fairs. Visitors can experience the two new kitchen lines live for the first time at the most important national and international trade fairs for gastronomy, hotels and communal catering.

The HOGA trade fair is firmly on the calendar for PALUX alongside the highlights Host and "Alles für den Gast". "We are looking forward to the fact that trade fairs - albeit under changed conditions - can take place again. Preparations are in full swing, because we want to create a platform that is in line with the currently applicable Corona rules to present our product innovations and concepts for process-optimised everyday kitchen life. It's time to get back to talking to our customers in person," says Torsten Hehner, Member of the Board of PALUX AG.

PALUX X-Line: the trade fair highlight

The new PALUX X-Line product line is making its debut at the autumn trade fairs. It is flexible, stylish and budget-oriented and belongs to the seamless cooker segment. The modular cooker system is defined by its smart design as well as its particularly powerful and flexible equipment. For example, the line is available in various depths and with different working heights. The thermal components can be integrated into the worktop as built-in modules. With open elements, heating cabinets and cooled components, there is almost unlimited planning freedom in the substructure. The customer determines the look of the range, because the front panel, for example, can be painted in any RAL colour. The PALUX X-Line is suitable for owner-operated or tenant-operated catering, system and transport catering as well as event catering.

In regular demonstrations at the autumn fairs, chefs demonstrate the functionality and advantages of PALUX appliances. They show how modern technology optimises work processes in the kitchen and create little snacks that whet the appetite for more. The experienced PALUX chefs are happy to answer individual customer questions in detail.

PALUX K-Line: presentation at international trade fairs

This year, PALUX is focusing on the new K-Line product line at Host in Italy and Alles für den Gast in Austria. The PALUX K-Line with modu-lar cooking technology was specially designed for medium and large professional kitchens with a high daily volume of guests. The product line is IOT-capable, can be networked via established standards and thus takes into account the increasingly coupled processes in modern commercial kitchens. The technology with 850 mm installation depth can be individually configured for any room situation and is optionally available with internet-enabled KCI (K-LineCookingIntelligence) touch control or classic toggle control. Thanks to established standards, KCI can be used to digitally network different appliances - even across several locations - regardless of the manufacturer. Both operating concepts are characterised by easy handling and high safety, regardless of whether they are heated electrically, with gas or with low-pressure steam. The individual products are based on many years of experience in communal catering, are produced in Germany and are sold worldwide exclusively through specialised trade partners and planners. Distribution within Germany is exclusively via the specialised trade through the newly founded sister company PHOENIKS Vertrieb GmbH.
