The annual PALUX Christmas party 2015

The annual PALUX Christmas party took place on December 18th at the Kursaal in Bad Mergentheim. The honoring of all PALUX jubilees was one of the program points. The PALUX owner and CEO Erhard Ikas welcomed all employees from PALUX; CSS and Servator. Mr. Ikas reported, under the presence of mayor Udo Glatthaar and Edmund Brenner, Board of Directors about the past year: It is especially important to us to thank our employees for such a successful year and for their work and for their willingness. Udo Glatthaar said that companies such as PALUX are important for our region. Also Edmund Brenner thanked all employees for their performance in 2015.

PALUX won two top innovations of the year!

The most successful product launches of the industry this year were published by the trade magazine "Catering inside". The PALUX Aktiengesellschaft, the expert for high-quality and complete kitchen solutions was awarded twice with the "Catering Star 2015". PALUX won the golden "Catering Star 2015" for the unique GreenVac System in the category kitchen equipment. The SousVide cooking appliance SousChef won the silver "Catering Star 2015" in the category cooking methods and food service equipment.

Goal of this competition, presented by Catering inside, is to find out the manufacturer who launched the most meaning and useful products. This competition is well known among the industry and companies that launched meaningful products in community and business catering and in the gastronomy can win this award.
PALUX was able to proof its competence as kitchen expert because the GreenVac System and the SousChef stand for improved production processes reduced cooking losses and controllable portion sizes.

The Jugendtechnikschule Taubertal (JTS) is an educational initiative for children, youngsters and young adults.
The goal of the JTS is to awaken the interest for natural- and engineering sciences as well as information technology at a young age. The JTS is supported by local firms and partners. PALUX participates actively as a partner and contributes to the promotion of creativity and inventiveness of young adults.

The PALUX Team was defeated by the German Soccer Team of Gourmet Chefs and Restaurant Owners 3:5

September 28th 2015: the weather was marvelous and it was a perfect day to play soccer. The charity soccer game between PALUX and the National Soccer Team of the Gourmet Chefs and Restaurant Owners took place at the recreational park of the SV Edelfingen. After 90 minutes and a game played on a high level Palux had to surrender.

At 3:30 pm Hans Wolf, a former national league referee open whistled the benefit match. The game developed with a fast pace and a light advantage for the PALUX team. The many fans on both sides enthusiastically cheered for their favorites. Already after 8 minutes the PALUX eleven took the lead through Manfred Nowotsch. Shorty after the second goal occurred through Özgün Celebi. This was the halftime score.
