We warmly welcome our new trainees!
New faces enrich PALUX AG from now on. On Monday 2 September 2019, 8 apprentices will start their vocational training with us.
We welcome two specialists for warehouse logistics, two tool mechanics, two mechatronics engineer, one construction mechanic and one industrial clerk to our company. We now employ a total of 24 trainees.
Thanks to the dual training system, the theoretical knowledge acquired at vocational school can be put into practice directly in the company. This system enables our apprentices, with the acquired knowledge in theory and practice, to successfully master the first steps in their career. The training of young talents is of great importance at PALUX: since October 2016 we have been certified with the Dualis seal and are an excellent training company of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
On their first day, our new employees got a direct insight into the kitchen and our equipment: with the rest of the trainee team, a delicious lunch was prepared in our PraxisForum under expert cooking guidance.
We are pleased that so many apprenticeships could be filled again this year. We wish our new colleagues all the best for their future at PALUX!
