The INTERNORGA has been the trade fair for PALUX to present new products and innovative kitchen technology. The focus has been on the combi-steamers PALUX Touch 'n' Steam and on the new thermal line PALUX ProfLine.
Delayed production and storage as well as the preparation without stress and the optimization of the kitchen organization have been the topics for the every day live shows presented by the PALUX chefs. The goal of the live presentation was to show the visitors how to decrease costs, work without stress and produce high-quality products. The appliances of the Touch 'n' Steam Series are intelligent allrounders with pioneering technique and an important element for the perfect kitchen organization. The unique selling propositions are: easy operation, flexible usage, perfect work ergonomics with best cooking results and a plus in ecology and economy.
The new product series PALUX ProfiLine is a profitable investment: High quantities can be prepared, especially for public catering and the international hotel business. The powerful and energy-saving product series is characterized by proven technology and solid workmanship. In combination with the diversity of thermal components, electric or gas heated, the perfect kitchen solution can be realized.
"The targeted support for chefs was our main intention of the annual INTERNORGA. We gave many hints, for example, how to be better organized, how to reduce stress and how to increase the eco-nomic success" says Paul Mayser, Head of Marketing. The owner, Erhard Ikas, has been satisfied with the outcome of the trade fair. "The large number of visitors and the amount of new contacts confirm the special interest in the innovative products made by PALUX as well as our competence for kitchen with concepts."
