PALUX was part of the INTERNORGA 2015 in Hamburg
PALUX – With System to Success. This was our mission statement to present kitchen concepts from central Germany to a broad range of specialized professionals. The INTERNORGA still is, after 85 years, the industry event of the year. This is proven by 98.000 visitors and 1.300 exhibitors from 25 nations. The newly designed PALUX booth was perfect to present our product innovations and the proven product lines.
The live presentation "With System to Success", the new dishwashing machines and the Sous-vide cooker PALUX SousChef have been in the focus of our booth.
Our chefs presented how time-shifted production and stocking can ease the preparation in the kitchen and how to improve the organization so that a hassle free work is guaranteed.
The PALUX product innovations have a special significance. Also, concept solutions for cooking professionals and new ideas to optimize kitchen concepts that increase the efficiency and the economic success are especially important to us and we want to pass this knowledge on to all cooking professionals – from chef to chef.
