PALUX Topline D: Award ‚solution of the year‘ presented by Callwey Publishers
Callwey Verlag in cooperation with bdia and DEHOGA have published the yearbook "Die schönsten Bars & Restaurants 2021".
It contains 50 outstanding gastronomic interior design concepts. The jury has decided to award the PALUX Topline D as solution of the year
in the area of cooking technology. The digitalisation of cooking on a new level.
With its electronic control and digital display, the PALUX Topline D ensures maximum process reliability in use. Depending on the appliance,
either the temperature can be set to the exact degree or the power level can be set precisely as a percentage. This makes the chefs daily
work at the cooker easier.
State-of-the-art technology in a new design. Likewise, on request, many thermal multifunctional appliances from PALUX Topline D
range are also available in the PALUX Topline Twin-Go version for use on both sides of the stove. The cooking line is equipped with
perfectly arranged controls that offer more control over the cooking process.
