PALUX at the education fair in Lauda-Königshofen
The education fair Lauda-Königshofen is as well as the education fair Heilbronn an official event organized by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Chamber of Crafts Heilbronn Franken. This education fair offers a broad spectrum of information about apprenticeship, studies and professions. Interested parties are able to speak to companies, professional schools or institutes, for instance the German Army, the Revenue Office or the Employment Office, in a relaxed atmosphere.
PALUX participated on both days. 2 training supervisors and apprentices from the particular training profession were present to answer all questions. This year's focus was on the continuing education program at PALUX. Various examples showed possible success stories at our company. The youngest example is Adrian Appel. He was an apprentice of construction mechanics and finished as "bester Azubi IHK". Mr Appel started to work in our production (department special construction). Afterwards he qualified himself to mount kitchens. Now Mr. Appel works in the contract management department as project manager and - coordinator. Soon he will start a further qualification as "Technischer Fachwirt IHK" – supported by PALUX.
