Burmé – Gourmet event at Penzlin Castle
Last weekend the second edition of the gourmet event "BURMÉ" organized by DLE GmbH Penzlin took place at the old castle in Penzlin. In addition to culinary delicacies, live music and culture, exciting workshops were also offered in a historical ambience.
As in the previous year, the visitors were spoiled with culinary delights by over 35 chefs, including 12 star chefs. Star chef and PALUX reference Tom Wickboldt, Chef de Cuisine at THE O'ROOM in MARC O'POLO STRANDCASINO' Heringsdorf was also among the star chefs.
With such an event the PALUX AG may not be missing. Our regional sales manager Markus Demski served together with his son Antonio in approx. 75 minutes around 280 small dishes, which were prepared on PALUX Cook'n Roll table-top units. Among other things were served: bread dumplings with roast carpaccio and honey pumpkin, submarine "Rote Grütze" (red fruit jelly ), chocolate cake with cinnamon, strawberry biscuits and butterflies, "Armer Ritter" (french toast) for the rich with homemade aspic.
As a sign of the good partnership Markus Demski presented a small present of PALUX AG to Tom Wickboldt.
