7th Gourmet Skiing World Championship in Ischgl
PALUX is a part of it!
After the great success in 2014 with 250 participants from 13 nations, the 7th edition of the gourmet skiing world championship will take place from April 15th - 16th, 2015.
There are two days of competitions and two different categories:
- Hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs, students and guests (April 15th) as well as
- Sommeliers, barkeepers, waiters, winemakers and suppliers (April 16th)
will battle each other in two runs at the giant slalom.
A new introduction in this year is the separate evaluation of snowboarders on both days of racing.
At the event area of Idalp, there will be our PALUX show kitchen providing a great setting for great presentations and tastings.
