Founded as a franchise in Würzburg in 2013, further openings followed across Germany and in Nuremberg in 2018. The Burgerheart works with a great sustainability concept. In this way, the kitchen of Burgerheart Nürnberg GmbH was equipped by PALUX AG. The decision for the professional kitchen technology was chosen from previous experiences because everything "worked well" and they are and were positively satisfied with everything.
In Nuremberg's city centre, directly in the pedestrian zone in an old townhouse with a high footfall, burger lovers can expect not only exceptional burgers (these also in vegetarian and vegan variations), but also, among other things, homemade lemonades, garden-fresh salads, juicy BBQ, seasonal specials, delicious desserts and crispy fries. Burgerheart supports people in need with its "beyondheart" project in cooperation with Welthungerhilfe and Kindernothilfe. They receive a meal for every burger sold.
The environment is also taken into account, i.e. plastic is avoided as far as possible in all to-go menus and straws are made of glass instead of plastic. The ingredients are also sourced locally.
The Burgerheart in Nuremberg is equipped with the PALUX Frystar deep fryer. This offers optimal energy transfer for healthy and energy-saving deep-frying thanks to its swivelling flat tube heating elements. The PALUX Ecoline and the PALUX Ecoline counter furniture leave nothing to be desired thanks to their flexibility, functionality, ergonomics and hygiene. In addition, they ensure versatile combinability thanks to their modular design. For maximum performance in a small space, the PALUX BistroLine Plus serves as the base for the grill plate and deep fryers. The PALUX Touch 'n' Steam Gas Basic 611 offers various cooking options and state-of-the-art electronic control. Last but not least, the Burgerheart has the PALUX GSD 501-T dishwasher, which guarantees maximum reliability thanks to its simple operation.
Burgerheart Nuremberg presents itself in a contemporary vintage industrial style with unplastered walls and wooden tables for 130 seats. At lunchtime, you get a reasonably priced lunch menu. On any given day, around 350-400 meals are served.
