New apprentices
We extend a warm welcome to our new trainees and wish all trainees a good start into the next training year!
New faces enrich PALUX AG with immediate effect. With the official start of training on Wednesday, 1 September 2021, 5 trainees will begin their professional careers with us.
We welcome a trainee industrial clerk, two prospective warehouse specialists and two future tool mechanics to our company. A total of 19 trainees are currently completing their vocational training at PALUX.
We are proud of the entire PALUX training team, which includes not only our trainees but also our training managers and all training officers in all areas of our company and the group of companies!
Thanks to the dual training system, the theoretical knowledge learned in vocational school can be put into practice directly in the company. This system enables our trainees to successfully master their first big step towards their professional life with the knowledge they have acquired in theory and practice. PALUX attaches great importance to the training of young professionals: since October 2016, we have been certified with the Dualis seal and are an excellent training company of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce - a certificate that we received again in 2019.
